Game user operation

Core position:

Duties include:

Data requirement definition: Have strong data thinking, be able to clearly express business requirements to data/modeling positions (such as defining the extraction conditions for a certain type of characteristic user), and be able to optimize operation strategies based on feedback data Insights.

Precision marketing execution: Design marketing messages, push/pull strategies (Push/SMS) and social media guidance logic that are tailored to different groups of people.

VIP & Elite Services: Responsible for formulating VIP user segmentation strategies, improving high-value users' service experience, and planning targeted community activities to enhance LTV.

Requirements:

Qualifications: 1-3 years of user operations experience, those with a large-scale DAU product (such as games, social media, consumer finance) background are preferred.

Data thinking: Do not require you to write code or model it yourself, but you must understand the data logic (such as funnel analysis, AARRR, user tagging system), and be able to accurately provide numbers and requirements to the technical team.

AI Deep Usage: Heavily use AI to assist user research, multi-version speech generation and community management.

Self-motivation and curiosity: Strong curiosity will lead to continuous trial and error and agile iterations, and self-motivation can execute landing
