Job Description
Responsible for serving at the front desk, patrolling the building, and other daily operations of the community<div>Responsible for assisting and handling customer inquiries and complaints</div><div>Working location: Kennedy Town</div><div>Working hours: 0730-1930 Every Saturday</div><div>Job Responsibilities<br> <ul> <li>Responsible for the daily operation of the housing estate service counter, receiving residents and visitors, and providing polite and professional customer service.</li> <li>Regularly patrol the floors and public areas of the building to ensure a clean environment, normal operation of facilities, and compliance with management regulations.</li> <li></li> <li>Assist in the execution of various administrative affairs in the estate, including document registration, notice distribution and telephone reception, etc.</li> <li>Support the management team in completing other tasks related to the daily operation of the housing estate.</li> </ul> </div> <div>Work requirements<br> <ul> <li>Secondary school graduation or above, with basic Chinese writing and communication skills.</li> <li>Applicants with customer service experience are preferred, but those with no experience but a serious attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.</li> <li>Have good communication skills, be patient in handling resident needs and emergencies.</li> <li>Hard-working and serious, sense of responsibility, able to adapt to outdoor patrols and physical labor.</li> <li>Shifts from 0730 to 1930, working six days a week, and able to adapt to rotating shifts.</li><li>Do I need to hold a valid security license and QAS certificate?<br></li> </ul> </div>
