Precious metals trading assistant (full-time • back office position)

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the real estate manager in handling transaction backend operations, data input, and invoice sorting

2. Daily transaction reconciliation, in-out payment records, data registration and archiving

3. Monitor platform quotations, warehouse operations, and report abnormalities in real time

4. Night shift to maintain normal operations of the back office

5. File organization, system notes, administrative and clerical support

6. Strictly abide by the company's confidentiality regulations, protect customer and transaction data

Entry Requirements

7. Hold a valid Hong Kong work visa (permanent residency, single journey certificate, IANG visa)

8. Educational qualifications are not limited, secondary five or above, those with no relevant experience can be trained

9. Fluent in Cantonese, clear communication in Mandarin, and familiar with computer operations

10.Excel basic operations, fast typing speed, careful and responsible work
