Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Responsible for promoting and selling Odoo ERP software solution to small and medium-sized enterprise customers, covering accounting, financial management, inventory, e-commerce website and eShop, POS system, customer relationship management (CRM) and human resources management modules (including salary calculation, leave management, performance evaluation, etc.).</li><li>Based on customer business needs, provide appropriate system function introduction and customization suggestions, and assist customers in understanding how Odoo can improve operating efficiency and management integration.</li><li>Lead the sales process, including potential customer development, needs analysis, product demonstration, quotation, negotiation to signing and closing, and ensure sales targets are achieved.</li><li>Work closely with technical support and implementation teams to ensure customers receive a seamless professional service experience from pre-sales to implementation.</li><li></li></ul><br>Work requirements<br><ul><li>One or more years of B2B software sales experience, familiar with ERP, SaaS or enterprise digital transformation solution, is preferred.</li><li>Have a certain understanding of enterprise management processes, and be able to quickly grasp the application scenarios of accounting, finance, HR, inventory and sales modules.</li><li>Have good communication and persuasion skills, and be able to effectively propose to different department decision makers (such as bosses, financial officers, IT personnel)</li><li></li><li>Good writing skills in Chinese and English, with knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English being particularly desirable.</li></ul>
