1. Resource expansion and maintenance: Develop corporate customers with IPO and shell listing needs, while maintaining intermediary resources such as securities firms, law firms, and accounting firms, and building a stable business cooperation network.
3. Process promotion and coordination: In project execution, follow up the progress of each stage (such as due diligence, application materials), coordinate the communication between enterprises and intermediary institutions, solve simple process problems, and avoid project stagnation.

Project due diligence and diagnosis: Lead a comprehensive due diligence (financial, legal, business) of the company, identify potential risks (such as related party transactions, compliance issues), and determine whether the company meets the IPO / reverse merger conditions, and issue a due diligence report.
2. Design an initial public offering (IPO) or reverse merger (RTO) based on the company's situation. Design the IPO (such as selecting an IPO board, issuing plans, and fundraising purposes) or RTO (such as screening shell companies, price negotiation, and asset exchange structure) to ensure compliance and meet the company's needs.
3. Material preparation and application: Organize the team to write IPO application materials (such as prospectuses) or reverse merger-related documents, review the accuracy and completeness of the application materials, coordinate with the Securities Regulatory Commission, Stock Exchange and other regulatory agencies to apply, and follow up on feedback and responses.
5. Customer service and relationship maintenance: As the main point of contact for the company, answer the company's questions about the listing process and policies, provide professional advice, maintain long-term customer relationships, and even assist the company with its subsequent refinancing business.
