Job Description

System Research and Development Technical Manager

Responsible for large-scale user system R&D roadmap, technical development, technical management, and system operations and maintenance.
Have large-scale internet social, game, e-commerce, and digital currency exchange development experience.
Participate in product requirement evaluation, provide technical feasibility analysis and recommendations.
Product maintenance, improve product performance and stability. Develop security, operations security.
Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, distributed development management, code process standardization and management.

Work requirements

Have a bachelor's degree or above in information technology or related fields.
Having more than 5 years of software development or system research and development experience, with large-scale project management experience.
Familiar with mainstream technology architectures and development processes, with excellent technical vision and judgment.
Have good communication skills and team leadership abilities.
Stay highly sensitive to emerging technologies, with strong innovation awareness and problem-solving abilities.
