Job Responsibilities

• Provide individualized tutoring to students with different foundations, help improve English skills and test-taking techniques, and achieve the target score.

• Regularly conduct simulated tests and review students' answers, providing specific feedback to improve weak areas.

• Participate in teaching materials development and course design, and continuously update teaching content to meet the latest IELTS exam trends.

• Stay in touch with parents or course consultants, report students’ learning progress and adjust teaching strategies.

Work requirements

• Have good English skills, with IELTS Band 7.5 or above, or equivalent English qualification.

• Have a deep understanding of the IELTS exam structure and scoring standards, be familiar with the exam skills and common question types of each subject.

• Preference will be given to those with teaching experience, and graduates or those currently enrolled in education courses are welcome to apply.

• Have good communication skills and patience, and be able to motivate students to study actively and build confidence.

• Can teach in Tseung Kwan O, able to accommodate internships, part-time, contract or full-time flexible work arrangements.
