Job Title: Multimedia Designer/Multimedia Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for various types of flat design and multimedia visual content creation for the company, covering posters, brochures, brand image system, digital advertising images, social media visual materials, slide design and event main visual, etc.

• In line with market promotion strategies and business objectives, work closely with the market, brand and business teams to provide creative, strategic and brand-consistent visual solutions.

• Participate in project brainstorming, creative ideation and proposal discussion, proactively propose professional visual design suggestions, and assist in strengthening brand recognition and user experience consistency.

• Establish and maintain a design asset library, execute design file archiving, naming conventions, and version control, ensuring resources are traceable, reusable, and highly extensible.

• Adapt to hybrid work mode, flexibly coordinate office, remote and field work scenes, and support physical activities or on-site visual execution needs.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree, majoring in graphic design, visual communication, digital media, multimedia design, art or related fields; accepting applications from graduating students with excellent portfolios.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with basic operations of After Effects or Premiere Pro being particularly good; those with cross-media design and execution experience are preferred.

• Able to precisely understand requirements, independently plan and design processes, and deliver high-quality, high-conversion-potential visual results within the deadline; pay attention to details, and have the execution habit of self-review and iterative optimization.

• Have good communication and expression skills and cross-team collaboration ability, be able to communicate clearly in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; familiar with local cultural context and digital communication characteristics are preferred.

• Must hold a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or meet the eligibility criteria for the High Talent Pass (High Talent Pass), the Outstanding Talent Entry Scheme (Outstanding Talent Pass), the Non-local Graduates Stay/Return to Hong Kong Employment Scheme (IANG), the Dependents Visa or other legal work permit in Hong Kong.

• Monthly salary of HKD$35,000–$53,000, negotiable, with a "high commission + base salary" structure, plus flexible bonuses, performance bonuses, and year-end bonuses.
