Merchandiser (Follow-up Officer)

Position: Order Processor (Merchandiser)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for following up on order processes to ensure timely delivery

• Follow up on sample order processing and approval, maintain close communication with factories and customers

• Monitor production progress, coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production

• Coordinate and follow up on delivery matters, process delivery documents and logistics coordination

Entry Requirements:

• Applicants with relevant follow-up experience are preferred

• Good communication and coordination skills, able to handle work independently

• Familiar with production processes and delivery arrangements

• Have basic computer operations knowledge (such as Excel, Word, etc.)

• Good Cantonese, slightly familiar with English and Mandarin is even better
