A. Main responsibilities
1. Based on the guidance of the international headquarters, formulate and implement the medium and long-term development strategy and annual operating plan of the Kenyan company;
2. Comprehensive management of the company's daily operations, covering marketing, shipping procurement, designated cargo management, operations customer service, finance and personnel;
3. Serve as the main liaison between the headquarters and the Kenyan company, ensuring efficient and coordinated operation of various systems (such as IT, finance, personnel, etc.);
4. Actively expand Chinese capital enterprises customers, overseas designated goods market and project logistics business;
5. Promote Kenyan import and export business to expand towards North America, Europe, the Mediterranean, the Middle East, etc., achieve diversified growth;
6. Guide the company to expand sea freight containers, LCL, air freight, piece goods, railways, highways, warehousing and distribution, etc. comprehensive logistics services.
II. Job Requirements
- Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing), regardless of nationality;
- Excellent English communication skills;
- More than 5 years of international freight forwarding industry experience;
- Have a pioneering spirit, strong execution ability, and strong stress resistance ability;
- Proficient in cross-cultural communication, team collaboration and resource integration;
- Priority will be given to those with overseas work / study experience, or subsidiary management experience.
