Hong Kong Market Lead / Technical Pre-Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Solution Design: Analyze client requirements and deliver customized IT system integration solutions. Prepare technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and presentation materials.

2. Client Technical Engagement: Conduct technical discussions, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) for local Hong Kong enterprises. Address client technical queries and ensure solutions align with their IT environment and compliance requirements.

3. Market Expansion: Support the sales team in developing market entry strategies and identifying potential client needs. Participate in industry exhibitions and technical seminars to enhance brand visibility.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and R&D teams to communicate market demands and optimize solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Cantonese and English.

2. Technical Background: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT presales/solutions architecture, with expertise in at least one of the following domains: cloud computing, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.

3. Technical Documentation & Presentation Skills: Ability to draft technical documents (e.g., RFP responses, whitepapers) and deliver effective presentations.

4. Strong Communication Skills: Capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical clients. Results-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.

5. Preferred Qualifications:

   • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure, CISSP, PMP).

   • Experience in the Hong Kong market, with familiarity in local IT ecosystems
