<p>Key Skills</p><p>• End-to-end programme management (timeline, scope, budget)</p><p>• Stakeholder management (clients, vendors, cross-country teams)</p><p>• Risk & issue management (identification, mitigation, decision-making)</p><p>• Project planning & tracking (detailed plans, schedules, dashboards)</p><p>• Change management (scope, schedule, cost adjustments)</p><p>• Methodologies: Waterfall & Agile expertise</p><p>• PMO experience (governance, audits, compliance)</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>• Oversee comprehensive programme management to ensure successful delivery of large scale programmes, adhering to timelines, scope, and budget.</p><p>• Coordinate and manage both internal resources (onshore or offshore) and client/ third-party vendors for smooth project execution.</p><p>• Responsible for managing teams at cross country level, this includes business & technical teams (Business Analysts, Architects, Delivery Teams, UX/UI Designers, Testers) </p><p>• Able to manage dependencies across multiple work streams for system implementation projects</p><p>• Lead and manage the team to complete release planning and transition to BAU for implementation projects</p><p>• Develop detail project plan to monitor and track progress</p><p>• Manage project changes such as scope, schedule and costs</p><p>• Proven experience in identifying project risks and issues, and making effective decisions/engaging project team members to develop risk mitigation plans</p><p>• Monitor project performance using key metrics and dashboards, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and processes throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p>• Conduct periodic project audits to evaluate adherence to methodologies and standards.</p><p>• Foster a culture of continuous process improvement within the PMO and across project teams.</p><p>• Manage the relationship with the client and key stakeholders</p><p>• Support pre-sales activities from proposal construction to presentation</p><p>• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers within the team.</p><p>• Continuously improve project management methodologies and tools.</p><p>Requirement</p><p>• Degree holder preferably in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines</p><p>• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in system development projects, ideally from IT Consulting</p><p>• Solid experience in project management, solution planning or delivery. Prefer to have experience running a the PMO office of a large scale transformation programme. </p><p>• Strong technical background and project management skill</p><p>• Strong experience / knowledge in project management tools, techniques, and systems development methodologies and lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile</p><p>• Management experience of sizable, large scale system implementation projects</p><p>• Excellent client facing and communication skills</p><p>• Ability to foster and build relationships, engage and influence others, work with diverse internal and global business units</p><p>• Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change with a strong awareness and understanding of cultural diversity</p><p>• Comfortable dealing with 3rd party vendor</p><p>• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is an must)</p><p>• Certification on Project Management will be an advantage</p>
