Senior Financial Product Director

<p>Duties:</p> <ol> <li>Product Design and Innovation</li> </ol> <ul> <li>Lead the design, modeling and pricing of complex financial products such as structured notes (such as snowballs, FCNs, CLI), ABS (asset-backed securities), AMC (asset management plans), etc., to ensure that the products meet market demand and regulatory compliance requirements.</li> <li></li> <li>Study global financial market dynamics, combine derivatives, fixed income, cross-border assets, etc. to innovate product structures and enhance market competitiveness</li> </ul> <p></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate the full product issuance process, including but not limited to legal document drafting, counterparty negotiations, regulatory filings, and exchange listing compliance work.</li> <li>Coordinate with investment banks, lawyers, rating agencies, custodians and other external partners to drive product efficiency. </li> <li>Manage product risk monitoring, valuation disclosure, and investor communication during the product's existence.</li> </ul> <p>3. Market promotion and customer demand analysis</p> <ul> <li>For high net worth clients, family offices and institutional investors, develop a structured product marketing strategy (Marketing), provide professional roadshows and customized solutions for customers.</li> <li></li> <li>Train sales teams and channel partners to enhance market awareness and acceptance of complex structured products.</li> </ul> <p>4. Cross-border compliance and resource integration</p> <ul> <li>Ensure products comply with domestic and international regulatory requirements (such as the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, Chinese financial regulators), with particular attention to the compliance review of approved asset classes in investment immigration plans.</li> <li>Promote the application of structured products in cross-border capital flows, integrate offshore/onshore resources to achieve a closed-loop of funds.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>1. Experience and skills</p> <ul> <li>3 years of structured product design, issuance or trading experience at financial institutions (investment banks, asset managers, private banks, fintech), with a track record of leading the full life cycle management of products such as snowballs, FCNs, ABSs, and CLIs.</li> <li>Familiar with domestic and foreign capital market issuance rules (such as the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the interbank market), those with cross-border product structure experience are preferred.</li> <li>Deep understanding of investment immigration policies and asset allocation needs, able to design a note package solution that meets regulatory requirements.</li> </ul> <p>2. Professional background</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree or above, financial engineering, mathematics, economics, finance, etc. related professional.</li> <li>Applicants with CFA, FRM, CPA, etc. professional qualifications are preferred.</li> </ul> <p>3. Core competencies</p> <ul> <li></li> <li>Excellent market awareness and customer communication skills, able to explain complex structures to high net worth clients in non-technical language.</li> <li>English fluent, can handle cross-border documents and international customer needs.</li> </ul> <p>4. Bonus</p> <ul> <li>Have cross-border team management experience, familiar with the structured product ecosystem in Singapore, Hong Kong, Europe and the United States.</li> <li>Participated in the design or service case of investment immigration-related financial products.</li> </ul>
