Building Manager

Job Title: Building Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute general building management work, including patrolling floors, monitoring entrances and exits, and inspecting public areas

• Ensure the building is safe, pay attention to abnormal situations and report them in a timely manner

• Handling general inquiries and simple complaints from residents or tenants

• Assist in following up the normal operation of the building facilities, such as lighting, elevators, etc. basic equipment

• Fill out daily management reports and handover records

Requirements:

• Strong sense of responsibility, stable and reliable work attitude

• No need for high education, those with relevant experience are preferred, those with no experience can be trained

Working conditions:

• Retirement age limit: 65 years old

• Monthly salary: HKD 17,000 to 18,000]

• Working hours and holiday arrangements can be discussed in detail at the interview
