Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide recommendations or answer questions about dishes and beverages.

• Order Management: Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.

• Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring an excellent dining experience throughout the meal.

• Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.

• Customer Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and respectful manner, respond to feedback, and resolve issues promptly.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Secondary school education or above.

• Positive, cheerful, and service‑oriented attitude.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Team player with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.

• Desktop organization: Efficient cleaning and rearrangement of the dining table, maintaining a clean and comfortable dining environment.

• Customer interaction: Communicate with guests in a friendly and respectful manner, respond to their feedback and solve problems promptly.

• Teamwork: Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Employment qualifications

• Secondary school education or above

• Positive, cheerful, and service-oriented

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Team player, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

• Applicants with restaurant or hotel industry experience are preferred, but not required
