Job Description
Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily care of patients, including vital sign monitoring, medication management, wound care, and basic first aid.
  • Assist the doctor in diagnosis and treatment procedures, prepare medical equipment and carry out medical orders, and ensure that the operation meets clinical guidelines and infection control standards.
  • Record patient medical history and nursing records to ensure accurate, timely, and complete information, and follow medical confidentiality principles.
  • Provide health education and discharge guidance to patients and their families, promote disease prevention and self-care ability improvement.
  • Participate in ward operations and cross-professional team collaboration, support various nursing care service needs within the hospital, including night shifts, rotating shifts, and emergency responses.

Work requirements

  • Holding a registered nurse qualification from a recognized country or region, and having been approved by the Hong Kong Nursing Authority (NCHK) to apply for a practice permit (APO); those with valid foreign labor input quota and appropriate visa qualifications are preferred.
  • Have at least two years of clinical nursing experience, familiar with the nursing process of common departments such as adults/ emergencies/surgery, and those who have internship or work experience in Hong Kong or international medical institutions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Have good Chinese and English communication skills, be able to communicate with patients and colleagues in Cantonese and Mandarin, reach basic writing and listening and speaking levels in English, and understand medical and nursing documents and instructions.
