Administrative Assistant (15 days of annual leave; monthly salary can reach $19,500)

Job Summary:

Keep the center environment clean, transport center materials and maintain the normal operation of the center.

Main responsibilities:

1. Cleaning work;

2. Responsible for the cleaning of all rooms, indoor and outdoor of the center;

3. Responsible for the daily cleaning of the sewage treatment plant within the center;

4. Assist campers in using the equipment in the room;

5. Responsible for the operation of the center snack bar, recreational supplies borrowing place and extension shop;

6. Assist the Program Department in preparing activity supplies, promotional flyers, and moving activity supplies, as well as post-event cleanup and disposal;

7. Assist the kitchen with cleaning work and assist the chef in preparing meals when necessary;

8. Responsible for transporting center materials or other field work;

9. Serve as a night shift worker if necessary.

Other responsibilities:

1. Participate in employee meetings;

2. Assist the organizing committee to implement activities, such as fundraising;

3. Participate in activities and work organized by the center or other service units and the general association;

4. Participate in training courses assigned by the supervisor/assistant supervisor and the program planning and coordination officer that are related to your work;

5. Execute other tasks assigned by the Director/Deputy Director, Program Planning Officer and on-duty supervisor.
