Production Manager Factory Supervisor

Main responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily/weekly production plans to meet sales needs and optimize resource utilization.

• Responsible for production work

• Lead, train and supervise production team (including line leader and operator), achieve performance targets.

• Monitor the production process, including raw material processing, mixing, freezing, filling, packaging and storage.

• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality assurance standards and government regulations.

• Push continuous improvement plan (lean production, waste reduction, increased productivity, etc.).

• Manage equipment maintenance, solve production problems, and coordinate with the repair/engineering team.

• Control production costs, inventory and material usage while maintaining high product quality.

• Collaborate with R&D, quality control, procurement and logistics teams to conduct new product trial production and launch.

Entry Requirements

• 5 years of food manufacturing production management experience, preferably with dairy products, ice cream, desserts or frozen products experience.

• Familiar with food safety systems.

• Excellent problem-solving, analysis, and communication skills.

• Diligent and careful, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
