Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for customer reception, ordering, and payment at the front of the house, ensuring a friendly and professional dining experience.
Assist the kitchen in preparing ingredients, washing vegetables, and organizing the worktable and utensils, while maintaining a clean and hygienic environment in the back.
Support the front and back of the house according to the time demand, and complete the dining service process in accordance with the rhythm of operation.
Follow food safety and handling procedures, properly storing, heating, and serving food.
Participate in daily cleaning tasks, including table and chair wiping, floor sweeping and garbage removal, and implement the overall operating quality of the store.

Work requirements

Have basic communication skills, be able to clearly express and patiently respond to customer needs.
Willing to accept shift scheduling (including holidays, evenings and night shifts), with at least 2-3 shifts per week.
Pay attention to personal hygiene and grooming, wear clean clothes, and meet the basic image requirements of the food and beverage industry.
Responsibility and team spirit, able to actively cooperate and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
