Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily operation of the airport store, including customer reception, product introduction and sales of cultural and creative products
Shifts are assigned to execute three work periods: A shift (07:00–16:00), B shift (12:00–18:00), and C shift (14:00–23:00), which need to be flexibly adjusted to meet the airport operation requirements
Maintain store cleanliness and product display quality, implement brand visual standards and service image
Collaborate with the team to handle customer inquiries, returns and basic complaints, providing friendly and professional on-site services

Work requirements

Honest and reliable, with a high sense of responsibility and service awareness, and able to complete assigned tasks independently
Applicants with retail sales experience will be given priority, those familiar with cultural and creative product characteristics or cultural consumption scenes are especially preferred
Able to adapt to the rhythm and norms of the airport environment, including security check procedures, passenger flow peak response, and cross-departmental collaboration
Have basic number concepts and word processing skills, and be able to operate a simple POS system and inventory sheet
