Sweet water shop store manager

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and strictly enforce the company's quality standards, maintain employee and restaurant hygiene and cleanliness;

- Recruit and train employees, evaluate job performance, and build a high-quality team;

- Provide quality service to customers;

Requirements:

-Second 5 or above, with at least 1-2 years of shop management experience, sugar water shop work experience is preferred

-Passionate about work, proactive and responsible, good service attitude

-Have affinity, good smile

-Independent decision-making and crisis response ability, strong execution ability

-Good Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English;

Benefits: $25,000-$26,000 per month, meals provided, labor leave, birthday leave, 5 days of monthly leave, 7 days of annual leave, business performance bonus, product sales bonus, and holiday benefits.
