SAP Architect - SAP SuccessFactors

Job duties:

• Act as the solution lead for SAP SuccessFactors projects, responsible for end‑to‑end solution design across core HR and talent management modules.

• Engage in pre-sales activities, including requirement discovery, solution design, system demos, proposal input, and technical presentations to customers.

• Translate customer HR and business requirements into scalable, integrated SuccessFactors architectures, covering data flow, security, and system integration.

• Design and oversee integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and related systems such as SAP S/4HANA, payroll platforms, and third‑party applications.

• Provide architectural guidance during implementation, working closely with functional, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job requirements：

• At least 6 years of experience in related fields.

• Hands-on experience leading end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, with strong exposure to Employee Central and Payroll modules.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven experience engaging and managing stakeholders at multiple levels.

• Relevant certifications would be an advantage.
