Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

To supervise the cleaning, repair and maintenance service provided to all residents within the service areas and daily property management issues.
To resolve complaints and enquiries of the tenants.
To patrol the estate to identify matters that need to be brought to the Property Managers’ attention.
Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or above, Preferably in property management or related
Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) Licence is required
Minimum 3 years’ experience in property/facility management
Proficient in Chinese and English work processing and PC knowledge in MS applications
Good command of written and spoken of Chinese and English
Self motivated and able to work independently
