Unity Research and Development Engineer

<p>Job Description:</p><p>1. Responsible for modular integration of Unity client projects, leading external Unity project integration architecture design and implementation, ensuring efficient integration with existing modular frameworks;</p><p>2. Responsible for performance optimization, stability improvement, and key technical issues during project integration;</p><p>3. Develop and optimize integration, packaging, and release process standards, develop and maintain automation tools, improve team packaging efficiency, and support batch deployment;</p><p>4. According to project requirements, responsible for the development and maintenance of project system functional modules;</p><p>5. Collaborate with other technical teams and external project teams to ensure that integrated projects are delivered on time and of high quality;</p><p>6. Follow up on Unity related toolchain and automation flow development trends, and continuously push the team for technical improvement.</p><p>Position requirements</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of Unity client-side development experience, including modular project architecture and integration experience;</p><p>2. Proficient in C# programming language, familiar with common design patterns and data structures, and with good code reading and debugging skills;</p><p>3. Familiar with the Unity engine core system (resource management, UI, performance optimization, etc.), able to quickly locate and solve various problems in the integration process;</p><p>4. Have some performance optimization experience, be able to handle memory management, rendering efficiency, loading performance, etc.;</p><p>5. Have process standardization awareness, those who have tool development or automated deployment experience are preferred;</p><p>6. Have good team communication and collaboration skills, be able to lead and guide junior colleagues to complete tasks;</p><p>7. Have good English technical documentation reading ability.</p><p></p><p></p><p>2. Familiar with continuous integration processes, with experience in developing automated build and release tools;</p><p>3. Have technical process standardization or team efficiency improvement related practical experience;</p><p>4. Have team guidance or project management related experience;</p><p>5.
