Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with market needs and company goals.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and validate assumptions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
Prioritize feature backlogs using data-driven insights, business impact, and user value; manage trade-offs across scope, time, and resources.
Monitor key product metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, retention) and iterate based on performance, feedback, and changing market conditions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
3–7 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, technology, or digital platforms.
Proven ability to lead product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization; familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting quantitative data (e.g., SQL, A/B testing, analytics tools) and translating insights into action.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills—able to articulate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
