Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm / Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

1. Assist in organizing, binding, and archiving financial vouchers, contracts, invoices, and other documentary records;
2. Support the compilation and entry of basic financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness;
3. Assist with bank reconciliations and the preliminary review and organization of expense reimbursement documents;
4. Help with data verification and information maintenance in the financial system;
5. Complete other ad hoc administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the department.

Requirements:
1. Current undergraduate or postgraduate students, preferably majoring in Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing, Finance, or a related field;
2. Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication and learning skills;
3. Proficiency in Microsoft office, mainly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
4. Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
5. Available to work 4-5 full days per week (preferred).
