Senior Telemarketer - Telemarketing / Call Centre

Job Highlights

Five days work; Bank holidays

Salary $18,000 (depending on experience) , annual bonuses, attendance bonus

Grade A office building near MTR station in Kowloon

Responsibilities:

l Contact existing customers, promote company products and develop customer groups
l Maintain specified group customer relationships

l provide professional customer service

l General administrative work (such as: data input, reports, archiving, etc.)

lAchieve team and personal goals

Entry Requirements:

l Fluent Cantonese

l Familiar with computer operations (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and must understand Chinese typing input (Cangjie/Quick Input Method);

lHave good telephone communication skills, good conversation, customer service skills, and team spirit
l Actively complete assigned tasks by supervisor

l need 1 to 2 years of telemarketing experience
