Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily administrative work, including file management, archiving and data input, etc.
- Proficient in using Word and Excel for report writing, table creation, and data organization
- Assist with simple ERP system data input and maintenance to ensure information is correct and error-free
- Support department administrative affairs, such as meeting arrangements, email forwarding and reception of visitors
- Comply with the supervisor's instructions on various temporary tasks and improve office efficiency
Work requirements
- High school or vocational school degree, with basic computer operating skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software, especially the common functions of Word and Excel
- Applicants with basic ERP system operation experience are preferred, as they can quickly familiarize themselves with data input operations
- Careful and responsible, with good time management and communication and coordination skills
- Willing to learn, able to adapt to mild stress and complete delivery work on time
