We are looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to promote and sell our advanced materials and related products. Key responsibilities in this role include identifying market opportunities, developing marketing plans, and coordinating the implementation and promotional strategies. The position involves a combination of traditional and digital marketing approaches to effectively reach our target audience and achieve business objectives, such as increasing brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting market research to understand consumer preferences and market trends
Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan to reach the target audience, including both digital and traditional marketing plan
Building brand awareness
Driving online and offline sales and revenue
Managing social media presence
Organizing promotional events
Developing online (includes websites and social media platforms) & traditional marketing materials
Managing communication with the public
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in retail, digital market, or e-commerce, with exposure to B2C markets; experience in handling China market is an added advantage;
Demonstrated success in managing e-commerce channels, social media, digital, and performance marketing experience
Proficiency in AI-assisted graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
Proven ability to develop and implement marketing plans that drive business growth and achieve objectives
Experience in market research, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies
Expertise in using digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms to enhance brand awareness and drive sales
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making
Proficient in MS Office and various marketing tools and e-commerce platforms and AI-related tools for creating diverse marketing materials (e.g., videos, images, catalogs, brochures, flyers)
Excellent written English and Chinese skills; fluent in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
