American fast food restaurant - Restaurant operations manager

Working location: Central, Admiralty, causeway bay, Tsim Sha Tsui

Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure excellent performance.

• Manage service processes to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed meet the highest standards.

• Establish and lead efficient team members.

• Complete operational support functions, including inventory management and other related tasks.

Requirements:

• At least one year of restaurant leadership experience, with team management skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills, including written and oral expression.

• Preference will be given to those with a certification in health inspector training courses.

• Candidates with more experience will be considered for certification manager positions.

• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.

• Build and lead a high-performance team of Team Members.

• Complete operational support functions, including inventory management and other related tasks.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Hygiene Supervisor Training Course certification is strongly preferred.
