Job Description
Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily lunchtime (10:00 am to 3:00 pm) meal preparation and cooking, ensuring consistent food quality and hygiene compliance.
  • According to the predetermined menu or the need for temporary adjustment, execute food processing, cooking, plating and serving procedures.
  • Comply with food safety and sanitation standards, implement food labeling, refrigeration storage, raw and cooked separation, and utensil disinfection according to basic operating requirements.
  • Comply with the supervisor's temporary tasks, such as simple takeout box assembly, preliminary inventory of ingredients or assistance in receiving a small number of visiting tasting guests.

Work requirements

  • Have basic Chinese food or home cooking practical experience, those who can independently complete stir-frying, stewing, steaming and baking are preferred.
  • Have good hygiene awareness and basic cleaning habits, be familiar with common kitchen cleaning processes and safety operation rules.
  • Team player, able to adapt to fast-paced meal periods, and proactive in communicating and coordinating on-site needs.
