Sales Manager

<p>Duties:</p><p>1. According to the company and department sales tasks, carry out sales work, and complete various sales indicators;</p><p>2. Analyze the existing market and customers, discover potential customer needs, guide related customers’ existing needs, and achieve sales targets;</p><p>3. Responsible for coordinating various internal and external resources, solving problems that arise during project implementation, and improving customer satisfaction;</p><p>4. Responsible for monitoring and executing the project payment process to improve the payment rate;</p><p>5. Through customer follow-up, understand customer needs and potential needs, improve customer satisfaction, and promote secondary development by customers;</p><p>6. Follow up on other work items assigned by senior leadership.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of work experience in the communications, electronics, and semiconductor industries;</p><p>2. Familiar with the storage market/PC ODM/OEM customers, related customer industry connections and resources are preferred;</p><p>3 Familiar with consumer/enterprise large-scale storage areas and related market experience is preferred;</p><p>5. Strong learning ability, strong work responsibility and team spirit;</p><p>6. Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, problem analysis and solving skills, and a certain level of stress resistance.</p>
