<div><br></div> <div>Job Responsibilities:</div> <ul> <li>Master and strictly enforce the Yuan's Cloud Dumpling standardization packaging and processing method, ensure that every cloud dumpling is beautiful in appearance, uniform in size, and meets the brand standard.</li> <li>Precisely control the weight of the filling and the ratio of skin to filling to ensure consistent output.</li> <li>Efficiently complete daily assigned tasks of making dumplings to meet the peak period of the store's output.</li> <li>Assist as needed with filling and wrapper preparation (such as filling re-packing, wrapper inspection, etc.), ensuring a smooth packaging process.</li> <li>Understand and follow food storage guidelines (refrigeration/freezing).</li> <li>In the packaging process, actively inspect the quality of the dumpling skin (no damage, no foreign objects), the state of the filling (freshness, thickness), and report any problems promptly.</li> <li></li> <li>Keep the packaging operation work surface, tools, and containers clean, hygienic, and orderly, in compliance with high food safety standards.</li> <li>Timely clean up the waste materials generated during the packaging process.</li> <li></li> <li>Follow the store manager's work schedule and assignments.</li> </ul><br> <div>Requirements:</div> <ul> <li>Have good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and concentration.</li> <li></li> <li></li> <li>Highly pursue product quality, pay attention to details, have patience and sense of responsibility, and ensure product stability during long hours of work.</li> <li>Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, with the ability to sustain and efficiently package during peak hours.</li> <li>Deeply understand and fully recognize the importance of food safety and hygiene, and strictly abide by all personal hygiene and sanitation standards in the work area.</li> <li></li> <li>Good at communication, able to cooperate with colleagues harmoniously.</li> <li></li> </ul>
