Java backend development engineer

Duties:
1. Responsible for the architecture design, core development, and performance optimization of the medical wearable device cloud platform and data platform, ensuring system high availability, high concurrency, and scalability.
2. Participate in product requirement analysis and technical solution design, lead key technical breakthroughs, and ensure the system meets medical-grade data security and compliance requirements.
3. Drive continuous evolution of the backend architecture, implement microservices, containerization, and intelligent monitoring systems, and improve system stability and development efficiency.
4. Track the technical trends in the Internet of Things and medical and health data fields, promote technological innovation and business integration.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, master's degree preferred, majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, etc., with at least 3 years of large-scale backend system development experience.
2. Proficient in Java and Spring Cloud/Dubbo microservices ecosystem, with distributed system design and optimization skills.
3. Proficient in PostgreSQL/MySQL, familiar with SQL optimization, sharding and big data processing, and familiar with time series databases or NoSQL, preferentially.
4. Familiar with high-concurrency system design, familiar with multithreading, message queues, caching and related performance tuning methods.
5. Have strong system problem localization and solving skills, and be able to independently complete complex module design and core development.
6. Familiar with medical data standards (such as HL7/FHIR), Internet of Things protocols (such as MQTT) or information security regulations is preferred.
7. Have good team collaboration and communication skills, those who have medical health or wearable device related experience are preferred.
