Hong Kong operations manager

A well-known Chinese brand of baozi is recruiting a Hong Kong operations manager.

Position highlights: Directly reporting to the group chairman, participate in decision-making and promote brand development

Responsible for adjusting the brand to a Hong Kong local style (store design, business style, brand image, etc.)

Push the development of takeout business line, open up new stores and boost the performance of existing stores

Responsibilities Overview: Manage daily operations of Hong Kong regional stores

Reform the brand operation model, promote Hong Kong-style and all-day dining

Having Hong Kong catering team management experience, familiar with takeout business

Fluent in Mandarin, able to understand the intentions expressed by mainland bosses

Have Hong Kong localization experience and help mainland brands create a unique Hong Kong style

From entry-level employees in the food and beverage industry to current management level

Ability is preferred, academic qualifications are not limited

Salary: Generous salary up to one million, negotiable based on ability
