Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote banquets, group meals, and holiday promotion activities to increase revenue.
Manage inventory and procurement matters, control costs and ensure food freshness and stable supply.
Host regular meetings, coordinate employee schedules, and handle emergencies and customer complaints.

Work requirements

Have more than three years of restaurant management experience, those with Chinese-style banquet management background are preferred.
Familiar with the dining service process, food safety regulations and labor laws.
Have good leadership skills and team management techniques, and be able to effectively motivate front-line employees.
Strong stress resistance, able to adapt to a high-paced work environment, and possessing the ability to solve problems immediately.
Good writing skills in Chinese and English, able to operate computers and common office software fluently.
