Accurately respond to various customer inquiries
Execute administrative work and system data input

Work requirements

Diploma in Secondary Education / Hong Kong Secondary School Entrance Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (DSE) or above, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Applicants with 0 to 1 year of retail sales, customer service or related job experience are preferred; those with no experience may also be considered, as the company provides systematic on-the-job training
Fluent Cantonese, able to communicate daily in Mandarin and basic English
