Junior Maintenance Technician (Tseung Kwan O)

Working range:

Handle/Assist in the daily maintenance and repair of housing estates or office buildings, replace water pipes, wash Y-frames, replace gates, inspect pumps and replace their parts; wall plastering, wallpaper and indoor furniture painting and repair, installation / maintenance of door hinges, door drums, door locks and emergency repairs, Assist the engineering supervisor in allocating daily maintenance work and following up on the progress of the judgment head project, etc.

Entry Requirements:

- Safety card & construction worker registration certificate

- Good Cantonese
