Job Responsibilities
- Use design software to create high-quality interior design renderings, showcasing overall style and material details.
- Coordinate and communicate with the project manager or lead designer to ensure that the design solution meets the actual execution needs.
- Collaborate on modifying design drawings, quickly adjust floor plans and visual presentations based on feedback.
- Assist in organizing the design proposal required by the drawings, support the subsequent construction or quotation work.
Work requirements
- Have background in interior design, spatial design or related fields, those with practical experience are preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD for drawing floor plans and familiar with 3ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc. for creating effect images.
- Have good aesthetic concepts and color matching skills, and be able to accurately present design ideas.
- Responsibility and time management skills, able to complete delivery tasks within the deadline.
- Can accommodate flexible work hours, consistently invest part-time hours per week, and have communication and coordination skills.
