Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for operating excavators for earthwork excavation, backfilling, leveling, and foundation construction, ensuring construction quality and progress meet site requirements.
According to the construction drawings, site signs and foreman's instructions, accurately position the work area, and cooperate with the surveying and mapping personnel to complete the layout and elevation control.
Daily execute equipment routine check (including hydraulic system, brake, lights, oil and water level, safety devices, etc.), and truthfully fill in the equipment inspection form, and report any abnormalities immediately for maintenance.
Assist in site material stacking planning and machinery scheduling coordination, closely cooperate with crane, truck, compactor and other construction machinery operators to improve overall work efficiency.
Comply with construction site safety regulations and environmental requirements, implement dust control, noise reduction, and waste soil removal measures, and participate in regular safety education and training and emergency drills.

Requirements:

Have 3 to 5 years of actual excavator operation experience, familiar with common brands (such as CAT, KOMATSU, HYUNDAI, SANY, etc.) operation interface and basic fault diagnosis.
Able to adapt to outdoor changing weather and different terrain conditions (such as slope, soft soil, narrow space) for stable operation, with basic spatial judgment and risk awareness ability.
Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to clearly understand the oral and gestures instructions of the on-site supervisor, foreman or engineer, and actively report the work status and potential problems.
Strong sense of responsibility, strict discipline, no major violations or occupational hazards, and willing to cooperate with engineering needs for shift work or short-term on-site construction.
