Responsible for selecting the goods, luggage accessories or related aviation materials required for the flight from the designated shelves or storage positions in the airport cargo station or logistics center according to the system instructions or picking list;
Execute goods classification, verify product name, quantity, flight number and destination label, ensure correct picking and no errors, and synchronize with warehouse management system data;
Coordinate with flight schedules for efficient operations and complete batch picking tasks within the specified time limit, supporting baggage transfer, cargo and mail loading, and emergency spare parts allocation for front-line operations;
Assist in minor goods sorting, labeling, packaging and temporary storage, keep the working area clean and orderly, and meet the airport safety and sanitation standards;
Collaborate and communicate with ground staff, freight forwarders, airline representatives, etc. from different departments, report abnormalities in real time (such as goods damage, unclear labels, system differences), and fill out basic work records according to the procedure.
Work requirements
Aged 18 or above, holding a valid Hong Kong identity card, without specific academic requirements, with basic Cantonese communication skills, and able to understand simple written instructions (such as Chinese picking lists, system prompts);
Good physical condition, able to stand, bend, lift and push a weight of no more than 25 kg, suitable for the indoor air conditioning environment of the airport and some outdoor work areas;
Have basic computer operation concepts (such as touch screen, scanner use), be willing to accept short-term on-the-job training, and master the internal picking system and safety operating procedures;
No criminal record, willing to cooperate with airport security screening procedures (including passing the airport restricted zone certificate application qualification review).
