Network Support Engineer (30k, MNC, 24/7 Shift, NOC, CCNA)

Our client is a leading service provider looking for a proactive Senior Network Engineer to join their 24/7 technical support team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in high-pressure troubleshooting environments and enjoy working with a wide array of enterprise-grade technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide expert remote and on-site troubleshooting for large-scale customer network infrastructures.

• Network Implementation: Execute service requests, including configuration updates and hardware deployments.

• Incident Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet) to resolve complex technical issues.

• Reporting: Prepare technical documentation and regular status reports for assigned projects and incidents.

• Shift Operations: Work on a 7x24 shift rotation to ensure continuous service availability.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Routing, Switching, Firewall, and WLAN.

• Technical Stack: Familiarity with vendors such as Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Fortinet, and Aruba.

• Certification: CCNA is preferred; CCNP or equivalent professional certification is a significant advantage.

• Skills: Strong independent problem-solving skills and a high level of accountability.

• Language: Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
