<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Contact customers by phone, understand their financial situation and retirement needs, and provide professional retirement protection planning advice</li><li>Based on the customer's family structure, income situation and company background, tailor a suitable retirement security plan</li><li>Provide comprehensive wealth management services, covering asset allocation, fund investment, annuity products, insurance schemes, and long-term investment strategies</li><li>Continuously follow up on customer insurance policies and investment performance, regularly review and adjust financial plans to meet the changes in customer life stages</li><li>Actively develop new customer resources, expand business networks, and achieve personal and team sales targets</li></ul><p><br>Work requirements</p><ul><li>Have five subjects with a passing grade on the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or School Entrance Examination, including Chinese, English, and mathematics</li><li>Preference will be given to those with IIQE 1 and IIQE 3 licenses, and at least three years of relevant financial industry work experience</li><li>Familiarity with basic computer operations, including Chinese and English input and the use of common word processing software (such as Word, Excel, etc.)</li><li>Have good communication skills, be proactive, and enthusiastic about financial services, with a sense of responsibility and those with management experience are preferred</li></ul>
