Human resources manager

Responsibilities

· Develop human resources strategy, coordinate recruitment, salary and performance, employee relations and compliance

· Ensure compliance with Hong Kong's Employment Ordinance, MPF, tax reporting, etc. legal requirements

· Manage human resources budget, provide data analysis to support decision-making

· Process employee relations and cross-cultural team integration

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree, with at least 5 years of comprehensive HR management experience

· Familiar with Hong Kong labor laws, MPF and tax system

· Have strategic thinking, communication skills and risk awareness

· Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (writing and speaking)
