Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for creating advertising content for beauty social platforms, including copy, photos and videos

- Closely track social media trends, familiar with the algorithm updates and traffic rules of each platform, and optimize content strategy

- Manage social platform interactions and respond to customer inquiries on the platform

- Regularly promote new products or discounts to customers through communication software

- Build and maintain relationships with the media, supporting activities, events and project launches through effective publicity strategies

Requirements:

- Passionate and interested in the beauty industry

- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with customers in a clear and understandable way

- Familiar with major social media platforms, responsible for social media promotion and operation, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Xiaohongshu, etc.

- Have creative thinking, pay attention to social media trends

- Have rich creativity and be able to provide inspiration for advertising copy and special features that fit the brand image

- Have excellent writing skills

- Priority will be given to those with media industry experience
