Work requirements

1. Have a background in mainland China, fluent in Mandarin, and good communication and exchange skills.

3. Relevant work experience or past sales experience is preferred.
4. Full-time position is preferred, but part-time is also acceptable.

Job Responsibilities

1. Analyze customer background and provide immigration identity planning services to customers, tailor-made solutions (including study abroad, investment immigration, etc.), and provide convenient pathways for top talents.
2. Assist customers in handling immigration and study abroad application problems, including material collection, writing preparation, submission and full process follow-up.
3. Provide professional financial planning services, covering wealth management analysis, tax planning, investment risk assessment and asset allocation advice.
4. Deepen emotional connections with customers, regularly communicate with them about application progress, optimize service processes, ensure compliance and efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
