We are seeking a proactive and experienced customer relationship manager for our retail banking department. This position is focused on serving customers with cross-border banking needs, and you will play a key role in expanding new customers, building business relationships, and promoting various retail banking and wealth management products.
Job Responsibilities:
Expand new customers and business opportunities, with special focus on customers with cross-border financial services needs.
Promote retail bank products, including non-linked insurance and investment products, to create fee income.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with a specified high-end customer group.
Ensure full compliance with the bank's internal guidelines, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Provide logistics support to branch operations when necessary.
Specific requirements for recruiting Customer Service Manager:
Must have a mainland background (e.g., educated or grown up in the mainland), and a deep understanding of mainland culture.
Must have about two years of work experience in the Hong Kong financial industry.
Able to carry transferable customer relationships/networks, especially those with cross-border banking needs.
Fluent in Mandarin and able to understand Cantonese (speaking it is even better), in order to effectively communicate with different customers and local teams.
Holding relevant academic diplomas or degrees.
One to two years of financial industry experience, those with retail bank or branch experience are preferred.
Meet the relevant personal (RI) and technical representative (TR) qualification requirements.
Familiarity with computer operations.
