Job Description

Senior Officer - Business Development Department

Our client is an MNC leadingproperty and casualty insurance group.

Responsibilities:

Provide underwriting and quotation services to registered local agents and brokers for property and casualty classes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries to support new and renewal business development.
Understand market conditions and customer needs through regular visits to intermediaries.
Offer routine support to the business team, including report preparation and data analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above.
Professional qualification: ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or CII.
Valid General Insurance Licence (IIQE Paper 1 & 2 passed).
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in the General Insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial and personal insurance products.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong team player with good team spirit.
Detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
