Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily warehouse administrative work and invoice processing, including receipt, delivery, storage, delivery and inventory transfer, etc. related documents are sorted and archived
Operate ERP and WMS systems, accurately input and update inventory data, and ensure system data is consistent with physical inventory

Work requirements

Second 3 or above, with at least 3 years of warehouse or supply chain administrative work experience
Fluent in Cantonese, able to communicate daily in Mandarin and basic English; with Chinese and English bilingual reading ability, able to understand Chinese and English warehouse documents and system interfaces independently
Proficient in operating ERP and WMS systems, familiar with mainstream office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Careful and responsible, with good data sensitivity and clerical processing abilities, able to accurately complete multiple tasks under high pressure
Have basic knowledge of warehouse equipment operation, those with office work experience are preferred

Benefits

Monthly salary range: HKD$14,000 – $17,000, depending on experience and ability
Overtime compensation: $100 per hour
Year-end bonus and year-end bonuses
Enjoy bank holidays and statutory public holidays
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday 9 am to 12:30 pm; work 5 days and a half, 8 hours a day
