Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models to solve real-world business problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, data science, and engineering—to define requirements and integrate AI solutions into production systems
Build and maintain robust data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and monitoring
Conduct research on emerging AI techniques, frameworks, and tools to improve model performance and efficiency
Ensure compliance with ethical AI principles, data privacy regulations, and internal governance standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical field
3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly preferred
